A qualified IT professional with 10 years of total work experience. 6+ years as a ServiceNow suite developer and administrator. Experience in configuring applications using ServiceNow tool, used in ITIL Management. Strong understanding of ITIL V3. Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as sound knowledge of delivering medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations. Have good understanding in modules of ITSM, ITOM and CMDB implementation. Past experience of working with private cloud suite and Remedy suit along with extensive reporting knowledge on business KPI’s in web intelligence tools.
