Work Terms

As a professional freelancer, I believe in providing clear and transparent work terms to ensure that both parties are on the same page and the project runs smoothly. Below are my suggested work terms:

Communication: I will be available for communication during agreed-upon hours via email, Skype, or any other agreed-upon method.

Project scope: Before starting the project, we will agree on the scope of work, project timelines, and deliverables.

Revisions: I will provide a set number of revisions as agreed upon in the project proposal or contract. Any additional revisions will be subject to additional charges.

Payment: I would like to work on project basis rather than hourly basis. I require at least half payment before commencing work on the project, and payment will be accepted via the platform's payment system or any other agreed-upon method.

Confidentiality: I will maintain the confidentiality of all project-related information and materials.

Ownership: The client will have full ownership of the final deliverables upon receipt of full payment.

Termination: Either party may terminate the project at any time, with notice provided in writing.

Feedback: I welcome feedback from the client throughout the project, and I will make reasonable efforts to incorporate feedback as appropriate.

Liability: I am not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the deliverables.

Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from the project will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.

By agreeing to these work terms, we can establish a clear understanding of expectations and ensure that the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
