Work Terms & Policies:

To ensure a smooth collaboration and the best possible results, please review my work terms below:

1. Project Scope & Deliverables
- All work will be clearly defined before the project begins, including content type, word count, tone, and any special requirements.
- Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will require a separate quote.

2. Turnaround Time
- Standard delivery time varies depending on the complexity and length of the project. Typically, I deliver:
- Short-form content (ads, social media copy, emails): 1–3 days
- Blog posts & product descriptions: 3–5 days
- Website copy & sales pages: 5–7 days
- Rush orders may be accommodated with an additional fee.

3. Revisions & Edits
- I offer two free revisions to ensure the content aligns with your vision.
- Additional revisions beyond the free limit may incur an extra charge.

4. Payment Terms
- Payments are made via PayPal, or direct bank transfer (as agreed upon).
- For large projects, a 50% upfront deposit is required, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
- Full payment is required before final files are delivered.

5. Client Collaboration
- Clear communication is key! Please provide necessary details, such as tone, target audience, and reference materials, before the project begins.
- Feedback should be provided promptly to ensure timely completion.

6. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Upon full payment, the client gains complete ownership and usage rights to the delivered content.
- I reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in my portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

7. Cancellation & Refunds
- If the project is canceled before work begins, a full refund is issued.
- If the project is canceled after work has started, a partial refund is issued based on the work completed.
- No refunds will be issued for completed projects.
