Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation:
I’m available Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). For urgent requests, I’m flexible and can adjust timings. I typically respond within 24 hours during business days.

2. Payment Terms:

Method: Payments via the platform’s secure system (Fiverr/Upwork).
Milestone Payments: For larger projects, I use milestone payments for transparency.
Deposits: A 50% deposit may be required for larger projects.
Payment on Delivery: Smaller tasks are paid in full upon completion.
Refunds: Refunds are typically not offered unless the project is significantly different from the agreed scope.
3. Communication:
I prefer using the platform’s messaging system for all communication. I will provide updates and respond promptly within 24 hours. Regular feedback is encouraged to ensure the project meets your vision.

4. Revisions:

Basic Package: 1 revision included.
Standard/Premium Packages: 2 revisions included.
Additional revisions are available for a fee.
5. Delivery Time:

Basic Projects: 3-5 days.
Standard Projects: 5-7 days.
Premium Projects: 7-10 days. Timelines are agreed upon after reviewing project details.
6. Confidentiality:
All project content and information will be kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent.

7. Additional Costs:
Extra costs may apply for stock media or licenses, which will be communicated upfront.
