Work Terms
1. Hours of Operation:
Regular Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EAT).
After-Hours and Weekends: Available to participate in virtual meetings, and to engage/liaise with stakeholders in different time zones..
Public Holidays: Not available on public holidays unless specified in the project agreement.
2. Payment Terms:
Payment Schedule: Payments to be made on a bi-weekly or monthly basis as agreed upon in the project contract.
Invoices: Invoices will be issued at the end of each billing cycle and are due upon receipt.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer or mobile money. Bank details and payment instructions will be provided on the invoice.
3. Preferred Communication Style:
Primary Communication Channels: E-mail, Whatsapp and Phone.
Meetings: Scheduled meetings will be conducted via video conferencing tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Response Time: Emails and messages will be responded to within 3 hours during regular working hours.
4. Project Management:
Project Milestones: Clearly defined project milestones and deliverables will be agreed upon at the start of the project.
Progress Reports: Regular progress reports will be provided as per the agreed schedule, typically on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Feedback and Revisions: Feedback and requests for revisions should be provided within 5 business days of receiving deliverables.

Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior consent.
Non-Disclosure Agreement: A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be signed if required to protect sensitive information.
