Vincent Raffray is an award-winning creative and entrepreneur experienced in building and sustaining communications agencies. He co-founded Tonic International in 2004 and the agency network is represented in the Middle East, Asia and Africa with clients like Audi, PZ Cussons, Sony and DP World.
In August 2004 and in their first year of doing business, he won the region's first One Show Gold and the region's first Gold Lion at Cannes. These achievements placed Tonic 28th in the World according to the Gunn Report.
In 2006 Vincent featured again at the One Show in New York and became the first creative in the Middle East to feature in the prestigious D&AD annual in London. He also received two Golds and one Bronze at the Epica Awards in Europe making Tonic the only agency in the world to get a Gold in both the Press and TV categories. This again was a first for the Middle East.
His interest in new endeavours brought him to Cape Town to set up Tonic Africa, a boutique agency specializing in media neutral solutions for the African market. In 2014, Tonic Africa merged with an independent consultancy and Future Collective was born. Today, Vincent heads up Future Collective’s Share division responsible for delivering ideas across all media channels.
