• Expert in analysing the SOWs, RFPs, and RFQs, and develop winning Proposals for clients.
• Expertise in developing Software requirement documents (SRS), Design documents, and configuration guides.
• Application Notes, Data sheets, white papers, and Technology Documents.
• Sales and marketing collaterals such as Brochures, Corporate Profiles, Product profiles, and Corporate presentations.
• Experience and expertise in editing and proofreading.
• Expertise in documentation tools such as Epic Editor, HTML, XML, Adobe Framemaker, Adobe RoboHelp, MS Project, Word Press, WalkMe, and MS Office Suite.
• Expertise in working with Visio, DreamWeaver, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and SnagIt.
• Worked with Content Management System tools and Version Control tools required for documentation such as PVCS and SVN.
• Familiarity with Master Control and can manage the documents in a scheduled manner.
• Worked along with the Quality department and understand the quality standards for documentation. We use MSTP as our Style Guide.
• Team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Very tech savvy and can adapt to any technology with ease.
• Have excellent written and communication skills in English, excellent grammar skills.
