• Seven years as a systems engineer with a support experience not only dealing with security products but also with the emerging technologies and threats. These technologies include Virtualization, Networking, Windows Servers and System Administration.
• Handles escalated and complex cases of Trend micro security products deployed in Customer’s VMware infrastructure and may also involve troubleshooting of the said environment.
• Troubleshooting ability, problem solving skills and resourcefulness to meet customers’ business needs.
• Collaborative skills and a team player. Willing to work with people, seeking opinions and suggestions to meet the desired goal.
• Develop and expand working knowledge on technical skills
