Professional / Corporate Experience
• I have worked with Swiss MNC, Ferring Pharmaceuticals for 6 years as Associate Director Sales. Under my leadership, our business Unit remained the fastest growing business of Ferring. I played vital role in setting up strategic objectives of our BU and in revamping the resource model, I focused on up-skilling of the team members by identifying their developmental needs.
• Prior to Ferring I was associated with US MNC, Abbott India as National Sales Manager. There I managed a team size of 350 plus employees. Because of my trust and people connect I kept the team intact during merger of Solvay with Abbott during 2011 -12.
• I started my career with Netherland based MNC, Duphar Interfran Ltd which became Solavy Pharma India Ltd. Later, at various positions handling Zonal & Regional level roles. All through my career I have focused on Identifying and harnessing upcoming talent. I have had the fortune of overseeing his mentees gain over 30 promotions across various companies and positions, an ode to my means and methods.
Coaching Style
• Being a people leader, coaching was an integral part of my job, one that I love. Practicing active listening and empathy has helped me create lasting and trustworthy bonds with my cochees. I strongly believes in partnering with cochee for his Self-Correction & Self-Generation that translates into Long-Term Excellent Performance.

Work Terms
Available Monday to Saturday 9AM to 6PM.
All assignments / projects will need a mutually acceptable work agreement or contract.
Payment needs to be paid in advance. Multi-Currency bank transfers are acceptable.
