My name is Vishwanath Sail & I have completed my degree from MES college of arts & commerce, Goa in the year 2003. I am also holding computer certificate in Advance diploma in computer applications. I have I have started my career as an Assistant in HR department and has worked in many companies which includes Pharma, Logistics and Cables and at present I have more than 12+ years of experience in the said field. At present I am working as Sr. Executive - Administration and my job profile includes handling leave attendance, time office records of employee – which includes, maintaining of employee leave records, muster rolls, generating daily / monthly manpower reports.
Overseeing entire HR activities, recruitment, compensation management, general & office administration, handling of vehicle, bookings & reservations, supervision of canteen and new employee joining formalities.Sourcing quality profiles from various sources such as job portal, employee referrals, vendors, pre-screening and interview scheduling and coordination.Ensuring statutory compliances for pf, annual returns, factory license, shops and establishment license, labour law and record information on a timely basis.Creation of Employee Codes, payroll processing & raising indents for housekeeping in SAP. Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment, salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements.Administering of all contract labours, maintaining and regularly updating master database (individual employee’s personal file and updating their records).Preparation of payroll inputs for Employee (Salary details, ctc structure, lta, medical reimbursements, leave encashment, loss of pay days).
Preparing and submitting all relevant hr letter/documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management. My hobbies are Reading, listening music & Watching Sports.

Work Terms

I can work upto 30 hours in a week, I will prefer bank transfer or cheque with 7 days after completion of work and best communication style will be through Emails and SMS.
