# Depending on what we start with (complete brief description, idea description or just a glimpse of an idea), we start with getting as close to the business idea of the product as we can. Here we talk with founders, ask and answer questions and even sometimes perform a very short inner workshops.
# The next step are workshops around:
- business reasoning, market specifics and advantages of the product on that market,
- roles, use cases, data flow, user stories, etc.
- low-fidelity wire framing, UX/UI design,
- development approach - what frameworks, what 3rd party solutions (if any), what is the best choice for technology, etc.
Workshops will produce solid MVP description with more detailed time & cost estimation, backlog for development, technology use, development team composition, roadmap for iterations. This document is solid for You, future development team, investors and any other stakeholder.
People that take part in workshops are: Founder/s (product owner), Senior UX/UI designer, Web Development lead, Mobile Development Lead, PM and sometimes biz.dev.
# Development in general
BASICS
We work with Agile methodology with 2 weeks long sprints and T&M (Time and Materials), basis - and this is our invoicing period, but we are open to suggestions.
We use Trello for project management, because its lightweight, but we can use JIRA as well if more comfortable (e.g. we had / have projects for 5-6 developers and using Trello by our senior PM, and it works just perfect, and we develop backend for very big mobile application using JIRA).
We keep everything transparent and in constant communication with product owners (You). At the end of the day You see how much / long every of developers worked, You can communicate with any member of a project team using Slack, and call and talk with us anytime.
