Work Terms
PAYMENT: Payments will be done on an hourly or project basis, as agreed upon by both parties. I require a 20% upfront payment for project-based work.
COMMUNICATION: Communication is essential for the success of any project. I will keep you updated on the progress of your project and I expect the same from you. I am available for communication via email, phone, or chat during business hours.
WORK TIMING: My work timing is flexible. I am willing to make adjustments to my hours, depending on the project.
DEADLINES: Deadlines are essential for the successful completion of any project. I will do my best to meet the deadlines set out by the client, and I expect the same in return. If there is a delay or issue with meeting the deadline, I will communicate it as soon as possible.
REVISIONS: I allow for a reasonable number of revisions for each project. This will be agreed upon during the initial discussions of the project.
OWNERSHIP: I retain ownership of the code created during the project unless stated otherwise in writing. All intellectual property developed during the project will belong to me unless specified otherwise in the contract.
CONFIDENTIALITY: All client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties unless specified in writing.
TERMINATION: Either party may terminate the project at any time for any reason with prior written notice.
LIABILITY: I do not accept any liability for any loss or damage caused by my work, and it remains the responsibility of the client to ensure the suitability of the project.
DISPUTES: In the case of any dispute, both parties will work together to resolve the issue. If the dispute cannot be resolved, we will seek legal advice.
