Vitalis Mbanda Wafula is now perfecting his knowledge base to being an ‘Internet Marketing Expert’ ensuring that those who have a budget and need goods or services get them in time, and those with the solutions avail them at competitive prices including a solid support base. He is also working as a proofreader and copywriter as well as testing websites to ensure they work for both the owners and the visitors.
Vitalis Mbanda Wafula has over 29 years of working experience in the IT industry. At the top, he has held positions of IT Manager with an International NGO, and then, worked as an independent IT consultant for a number of corporates, small businesses and expatriate communities to present. The humble beginnings were with a research institute handling a lot of data, reports as well as helping with dissertations. He has a Diploma in Computer Studies from Kenya Polytechnic University, Nairobi, Kenya. He also took an on-site software integration hands-on training for one year. Vitalis Mbanda Wafula believes ‘systems cost money to deploy and as such, it is very hard to tear down systems’.
He has thrived in building systems and integrating that with operations at all levels where he works because it is not easy to bring down systems rather we all work hard to improve them. He enjoys having great teamwork when working whether on-site or remote, and building integrated systems that make working highly accountable. We are done when we take our hands off and leave a system or reference points for the future. ‘Excellent work and focusing to get it right the first time around’ as well as always being keen to details, are permanent mottos for Vitalis Mbanda Wafula.
