Work Terms
For ongoing long-term partnership, we prefer working according to Time and Material schema. The client pays only for the time we spent. Not less, not more. This enables Client to change specifications anytime w/o us having to spend a lot of time re-calculating total project costs.
For one-time new engagements, we may work on fixed-priced projects and tasks. This schema may be helpful for Client to be on safe side with spendings and having good control over the budget. Here we have to define all project specifications in advance and set a price. If we need to change any specifications later, we’ll have to update final fixed price and due date too. Every time specifications change we make this re-calculation.
