Work Terms

1. Scope of Work:

The scope of work is detailed in the project description or as agreed upon between the client and Vivaswan Software Technologies.
2. Payment Terms:

Payment shall be made according to the agreed-upon milestones or project phases.
Invoices will be submitted upon completion of each milestone, with payment due within 15 days.
3. Communication:

Communication will primarily be through Guru.com messaging, or scheduled meetings as needed.
Regular project updates and status reports will be provided to the client.
4. Project Timeline:

The project timeline is outlined in the project proposal or mutually agreed upon between the parties.
Any delays caused by the client will be communicated promptly, and adjustments to the timeline may be necessary.
5. Revisions and Changes:

Minor revisions are included in the project scope. Major changes or additional work will be discussed separately and may incur additional charges.
6. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the project.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the delivered work.
8. Quality Assurance:

Vivaswan software technologies commits to delivering high-quality work that meets industry standards.
A testing and QA phase will be conducted before the final delivery.
9. Support and Maintenance:

A specified period of post-launch support and maintenance will be provided. Additional support can be arranged separately.
10. Termination of Agreement:

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms.
11. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
12. Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
