A Recruitment professional with around 9 Years of overall experience and have worked for USA, and Canada Staffing for hiring across levels and technology stacks by sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and negotiating with candidates.
• Experience working as a complete life-cycle recruiter, right from gathering the requirements, advertising, job posting, sourcing resumes, filtering profiles, pre-screening, calling prospects, coordinating with candidates, vendors, and clients; and initiating background/references checks and closing the requirement.
• Proficient in Contractual and contract-to-hire hiring with good understanding of full-time/FTE hiring.
• Extensive experience of over 6+ years in Team-leading, team-coordination and have around 3 years of experience in client/account handling.
• Have worked for Implementation partners through VMS/MSP for about 7+ years through POCs and in VMS/MSP model.
• Have also worked for States clients /Govt. clients /Direct clients through VMS/MSP.
• Dealing with candidates with visa status/work auth, like- USC, GC, H1B, EADs, TN & E3.
• Advance use of ATS, like – JobDiva, CEIPAL and ConRep & Job boards like – CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver right candidates within given rate and TAT.
• Maintain one-to-one relationship with consultants for a better understanding about their experience, to better servicing of client’s requirements.
Work Terms
USA Working hours: Monday-Saturday between 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.
Payment terms: Negotiable, we can discuss about it.
