I have more than 12 years of wide variety of experience in handling sales and business development activities in various industry segments such as pharmaceuticals, paper, textile, leather, electronics, semi-conductor, power, fertilizer, liquid glucose, sugar, petrochemicals and so on. I have handled international geographies including South East Asia, Far East, Middle East, Europe, CIS and the US. I am also actively involved in getting various product certifications such ISO, Halal, Kosher and REACH which are useful for international business. I have also headed the paper product application center with experience on product testing. I have developed several domestic as well as international dealers and I have experience in product pricing and promotion activities.
I bring with myself a rich skill set of handling sales, marketing, developing of channel partners, new customer acquisitions and managing of sales processes including lead generation and sales enquiry funnel management. I have given several technical and management training-cum-product presentations to internal employees as well as domestic and international customers using latest communication technologies.
I also have experience in implementation of major sales systems like the Oracle ERP (CRM) system, Sales force.com CRM system. I have developed content for website and managed social media accounts for the chemical products. I have experience in handling customer complaints.

Work Terms
I work from Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 pm India time. I am available through messaging service of Guru. I would bill the client using PayPal. It is also possible to transfer payments through a bank wire transfer.
My work steps would include
1. Defining the scope of the project
2.Understanding the end result needed
3. Preparing the draft document of resource requirements
4. Preparing the task deadlines
5. Review the scope, steps, actions with the client before beginning the assignment
5. Work according to these deadlines
6.Review the final work
7. Final delivery of the project.
At each stage the client would be updated and shared the draft of the work-in-progress so that any changes,if needed, can be done.
