Customer Service/Transcription

I have been in the customer service industry for almost 10 years. My experience was in sales and technical accounts. I have transitioned to freelancing so I can focus on myself and my family. I was hired as a transcriptionist for my first freelance work and since then I have focused on that field. I would love to use my experience in customer service and hopefully become a virtual assistant. To prepare myself for these tasks, I have looked up free lessons online and have studied Wordpress and Zendesk on my own. I am also planning to take up SEO lessons and social media management.

Work Terms
