Productive and Effective Bilingual Virtual Assistant
I am a fully qualified office manager and online freelancer. I am bilingual English/Spanish. I have worked online for years, as an online assistant and web researcher and also an e-teacher of Spanish as a Second Language and English as a Second Language using Skype and Google Hangouts. I have strong project management, online marketing, and multi-tasking skills. I am experienced in standard clerical tasks like travel planning, appointments and calendar management, preparing reports, general email correspondance, etc. I can work as a personal assistant, for a group of entrepreneurs or a large company, my reliability and dedication wil be the same.
I have a strong attention to detail and sense of productivity and reliability. I have experience in web editing both in Wix and in Wordpress. I have excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Access, Excel, Power Point) and I am reliable, organized, highly motivated and results oriented with the ability to plan ahead.
Work Terms
Available full time, flexible hours. Preferred method of comunication via email or skype. Paypal or Payoneer for payments. I prefer payment by the hour and payment every week unless other payment arrangements are agreed upon by both parties.
