Vlada has a fashion degree from Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (Los Angeles, California)
Vlada was born in Eastern Europe and has traveled extensively, getting her inspirations for fashion design in multi-cultural traditions and folklore. She continuously experiments with new ways of fabric dyeing and printing as well as appliqué and embroidery. This helps Vlada create new styles, shapes, and unique textures and coloration with balanced details and harmonically made lines. She takes her inspirations from traditional and contemporary arts and craftsmanship, further developing the strong style that she then adjusts to follow the brand philosophy and trend forecasts.
The expectation of critique and ability to handle it and stay within design philosophy of the company yet not to lose her own style is one of her best qualities, as well as patience and good communication skills.
Vlada is not afraid of a high-pressure environment and meeting deadlines before trade shows and is accommodating to meet the production schedule.
Vlada’s color, market, and trend research and analysis are the constant theme of her everyday thinking process. This work never stops, even when she is relaxing and spending her free time. Vlada’s Illustrator, Photoshop and hand-drawing skills are strong and impressive.Excellent organizational skills and visual creative package layout skills work together to help Vlada achieve the required results in very short time frames.
