Work Terms
Payment: Payment for our services must be made upfront before work commences.
Please note that payments are only accepted through PayPal we do not accept any other payment method
Revisions: We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions for any work provided, additional revisions will be charged accordingly.
Deadlines: We will agree on a deadline for completion of the work and we will make every effort to meet that deadline. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances and we will not be held responsible for any resulting damages.
Ownership: Upon completion and full payment, the client will own the rights to the work.
Confidentiality: We will not disclose any information related to the work or the client to any third party without the client's prior consent.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the project, the client will be charged a fee of 50% of the total cost for the work completed till that time.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or in connection with the services provided by us will be resolved through friendly negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to arbitration.
Governing law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the work is performed.
