*Extremely* intelligent and well-written. Professional met with client and one of our employees and represented our company admirably. Our only constructive criticism about professional is that, on average, it took 31 hours for him to reply to email. (Yes, I actually calculated that average.) Despite that, we've already considered him for another job because the positives so out-weighed the negative.
