  Again Fantastic Performance fixing one of the modules from our Flex application. Was done ASAP something that even our Development department wasnt able to do in one week. This guy is just amazing.

  I have no words to describe Victor Skills and Professionalism, I can say he is the most talented developer and designer I have had the pleasure to meet in my career of over 10 years in the Internet Industries. Also he is Very creative and his coding work is equal to be perfect. Always on time and the test we run to check Victor Skills was over 100% satisfactory, our company and I will definitely We will use him and recommend Victor to any employer who looks only for Top Notch service in the work and customer service. This is the second time we work with Victor and for sure we will be working with him, we mostly use guru to define the project agreements and to start the projects but we handle everything else directly with him and we have no issues at all.

  I have not enought words to describe Victor Skills, his portfolio is one of the best I have seen in my life and definitly the best on Guru.com, he is definitly one of the most talented mix of developer/designer I have met. This was just a small project fixing a small bug in a flash Based Application, before Victor I spent 3 weeks looking for the right person to fix it, but always the same answer "I dont know where is the issue, give me a time extension" but Victor Bidded only for 1 hour and a half of work, but he found the solution within minutes. Anyway I used the left time from him to speak and know each other over the phone. I will definitly give 4-5 figures projects very soon. I strongly reccomend this pro if what you are looking for is Top Notch Quality.

  Amazing site (www.rougenewyork.com) Victor spent a lot of time instant messaging with me going back and forth with all of my requests. Everyone else quoted me around $5,000 for the site, but this was only $1,500 so I'd definately recommend Victor above anyone else. His artistic skills are imcomparable to even the most expensive designers I'd come across in my searches.

  Victor is a phenomenal developer. His programming skills are second to none and his prices are extremely reasonable. While I can not give Victor 5 stars because of detail, communication, and timeliness issues, know that I continue to and will in the future use Victor for any of my development needs. Consider Victor for your next project - just don't take his time away from mine!
