Worked with P. G. Industries, Malanpur industrial area, District Bhind, MP, India as Senior General Manager heading the plant. Responsible for production and design of new machines.
Handling manufacturing operations of flexible packaging division.
I designed in coordination with machine manufacturers, a coating machine with multiple coating systems, where in one can perform various type of coatings in a single machine. and developed
Designed and developed a similar machine with higher capacity while implementing a hot-air blower supported curing chamber. This machine could coat adhesives on to wider widths and at higher speeds.
Designed and developed hot-melt adhesive coating system using gravure coating technique for very low GSM adhesive coat-weight as low as 12 GSM

Work Terms
I will work 3 hours per day and will charge $ 25 per hour. I can also work on contract or project basis. The rates will be quoted based on the project. 50% payment will be accepted in advance in case of acceptance of work on project basis. In case of yearly work contract, I will work on monthly payment basis and rates will be quoted based on the project.
