• Requirement Analysis
Understand one-liners, paragraphs, and documents of project overview and prepare assumptions and queries.
• Requirement Gathering
Discuss and understand the client’s perspective and jot-down in a document.
• Verify / Prepare Feature List
Listing down all the features which will be part of the application.
• Verify / Prepare Requirement Specification
Detailed documentation about the overall in and out of the application. Nowadays includes user stories.
• Wireframing
Handmade / Balsamiq to design skeleton of the application (all screens/pages)
• Stand Up Meetings and Client Calls
Prepare & Assign line up to prioritize tasks to the team every morning, schedule project meetings with clients and prepare MoM.
• Risk Management
Identify, assess and control threats to an organization's from the project and prepare appropriate reports for the same.
• Cost Estimation
Analyze the project, discuss the queries and assumptions and prepare ballpark estimates and final estimates.
• Reporting
Review and verify daily status reports from the team and prepare detailed weekly status reports for the respective clients.
Work Terms
Working Hours: 8 Hours/Day
Week: Monday - Friday
Payment Terms vary with the nature of the projects.
