My career includes 17 years as the City of Greenville, SC Community Development Financial Analyst/Grants Administrator where I performed a wide variety of duties involved in all aspects of federal and state grants administration, budgeting, procurement, public relations, affordable housing and program development, etc. I served as the administrator of the HOME Consortium for a three-county region after leaving the City of Greenville and then as the COC Coordinator for the 13-county region of Upstate South Carolina. My successful work record covered a very wide range of activities involving all aspects of public-private partnership housing and human services programs from conceptual planning to implementation and impact reporting. I am proficient in environmental reviews for public-funding sponsored activities, property acquisition, fair housing and labor regulations. I have extensive, successful experience in market study, research, marketing, branding, fundraising, etc.
I have a very upbeat and happy outlook on life and am very easy to work with in all circumstances. :-)
Work Terms
I can work whenever needed and would prefer a set rate of pay and a clear definition of the work to be performed in writing. I am very flexible with work assignments due to my extensive experience. I prefer to have all terms agreed upon prior to starting a job and can adjust easily to changing parameters of the work should changes be needed.
