  Overall good but needs to handle the communication a bit better. I can see that Sarah is very responsible person though which is a huge relief! It's a bit harsh to give 3 stars for Communication and Creativity so I gave 4. To be honest, they would really sit in at 3.5 stars for Communication and Creativity. Better than Average but not good. Would expect more progress report frequently to improve and for Creativity, it would be better if they gave a lot more input and options to the design and user experience improvement. Anyway, I would recommend this vendor and I will surely use them again!!!!

  The project I posted was the first one ever using GURU and I have to say that I am quite impressed with the w3csolutions's professionalism and creativity. I would definitely hire them again and I'm glad I used Guru to find a vendor that could execute my vision.
