3D modelling, Drafting, Rendering, Floor plans, Mill work
I have over 15 years in the Project management and drafting filed. Survived 2 top notch Exhibit house facilities before starting out on my own. I stay up to date with the newest programs in my field that are relevant to services I provide.
I am doing my best to change the industry standard "Blueprint" that has not been blue since the 70's, to a new texture and color filled much easier to interpret set of plans. Adding color and texture allows even the unskilled in the industry to easily identify what is being shown and how it is to be assembled.
Just say No to BLUEPRINTS and yes to COLOR prints
Work Terms
I am available most every day and weekends, and will not take more than one job at a time. I make sure to communicate with my client at least once a day via phone, email or text (your preference).
For floor plans and shop drawings, use 11”x17” drawing format for all the drawings. This includes a cover sheet with a drawing list, as well as a key for any symbols I use (typical architectural), as well as any notes. The second page is typically a spec. page to call out all the material that is used and where it is coming from (ie. Vender).
I follow drafting standers, here is a short list of typical standards I follow:
• Maintaining scale through the whole set.
• Create layers for each component.
• Use paper space for title block and notes.
• Use a stranded file format and numbering system.
When complete, I will provide you with the DWG and a PDF file of the drawings.
