Work Terms

Scope of work: I will provide graphic design services for your marketing materials, including creating graphics for social media, email campaigns, and website content. I will deliver the final designs in multiple formats as agreed upon with you.
Payment terms: I will be paid the rate as per project, with a deposit of 50% due upfront and the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. You will make payment to me bank transfer within 7 business days of completion of the project.
Timeline: I/ client will provide an estimated timeline for completing the project, and will communicate regularly throughout the project to ensure that the work is progressing as expected. Any delays or issues will be communicated promptly.
Revisions: I will provide up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Any additional revisions beyond that will be subject to an additional fee to be agreed upon by both parties.
Confidentiality: I agree to keep all your information and project details confidential, and will not share or disclose any information to third parties without your express consent.
Ownership of work: You will retain full ownership of all final designs and graphics created by me. I will not use any of the work created for you in my portfolio or for promotional purposes without your prior written consent.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. I will be compensated for any work completed up to the date of termination.
