Job Responsibilities (Current Job)
1. Belling/issue invoices to clients.
2. Handling Daily cash receipts and payments and preparation of Daily Cash Flows
3. Managing banking operation of branch - deposits ,withdrawal & transfer of funds etc
4. Payroll Verification & Disbursement
5. Monthly Bank reconciliations
6. Keep the track record of expenses; travel claims, and other entitlements are duly processed.
7. Budget forecast, Developing monthly cash forecast for office and sharing with regional office.
8. Preparation of annual/monthly reports.
Work Terms
