Work Terms
Communication: I believe that clear and timely communication is essential to the success of any project. I will provide regular updates on the progress of your project and will be available to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have.
Deliverables: I will deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds your expectations. I will ensure that all deliverables are submitted on time and are error-free.
Revisions: I understand that sometimes revisions may be necessary to ensure that the work meets your expectations. I offer a reasonable number of revisions and will work with you until you are completely satisfied with the final deliverables.
Payment: I require a 50% upfront payment before starting work on your project. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project. Payment can be made through credit card.
Confidentiality: I understand the importance of confidentiality and will sign a non-disclosure agreement if required.
Ownership: You will own all the rights to the work I provide to you, and I will not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights.
Termination: In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with my work or need to terminate the project for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible. I will provide a pro-rated refund for any work not completed to your satisfaction.
