Work Terms
Availability:
I am available for both short-term and long-term projects. My standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (local time). However, I am flexible and can adjust my schedule to accommodate clients in different time zones when necessary.
Communication:
Clear and open communication is essential for a successful project. I am available for communication via Guru.com messages, email, or other agreed-upon platforms. I am also open to regular update meetings or video calls to ensure that the project progresses smoothly.
Payment Terms:
I prefer to work through the Guru.com SafePay system to ensure security for both parties. For projects under $500, I require full payment upon completion. For larger projects, a milestone-based payment structure can be established, where payments are released upon completion of agreed-upon deliverables.
Project Management:
I use tools like Trello, Asana, or any project management software preferred by the client to keep track of tasks and ensure transparency throughout the project. This helps in monitoring progress and making any necessary adjustments in real time.
Revisions and Feedback:
I believe in delivering quality work and am open to making necessary revisions based on your feedback. Typically, I offer up to two rounds of revisions per project milestone to ensure you are completely satisfied with the outcome.
Deadlines:
Meeting deadlines is a priority for me. I work diligently to ensure that all project milestones are completed on time, without compromising on quality. If there are any unforeseen delays, I will communicate promptly and propose a revised timeline.
