• Since January 2007, have around 15+ years of extensive hands-on experience of designing, developing, and deploying n-tier based applications using .NET frameworks, C#, VB.net, HTML, CSS, MS SQL, SSIS and many other technologies as well as coordinating and supporting & Integrating with ERP systems.
• Lead the software development team during various development phases - all stages of the development life cycle, including initial analysis, implementation, integration, testing, debugging, data validation, and support.
• Experience in performing all database administration, tuning and performance monitoring.
• Experience of windows server’s software upgrades, configurations & prerequisites installations.
• Developed many SQL server integration (SSIS) packages for integrating the .NET custom developed applications with Oracle ERP, Active directory, Gate security systems and many other software Packages.
• Coordinate and communicate with vendors, support teams and business owner for all maintenance activities related to SharePoint, MS-SQL Server, ERP systems.
• Provide technical and strategic leadership during the development phase to define system architecture, specifications, features, risks, schedules, and budgets.

• MCP - Microsoft certified Professional 2006
