Work Terms
Quick Response (5 minutes ~ 1 hour) - could be longer if there is difference in Time zones and I'm either sleeping or having meals.
Productive Communication - I believe in understanding the customer before understanding the order so if you want the order to be pitch perfect you have to have a slight conversation with me first.
Agreeable Cancellation - If the order doesn't meet your requirements, the order will be canceled without any issues. However, I try to avoid cons and trickery as much as possible.
Progressive Revisions - Revisions are progressive and effective for everyone but changing the whole order after completion might cause issues.
