I am well educated Software Engineer and having many skills that I will use in the market to gain the customer experience. I will do all the tasks in a timely manner with full of perfection.
I have more than four years of experience in the technical Support, QA (Manual + Automation). I have also handled many many International clients by testing the application that they are using, finding the bugs in the system. Finding a bug through scenario based as well as ad-hoc basis. So after finding the bug we report it to the Development team to start further working on it. Also we provide the support to the clients via Teams Comment, via Email and calls session. Customer satisfaction is the top most priority for us, if a customer is happy then we are in the good position or in a safe mode.

My hobbies are playing outdoor games like Cricket and Badminton.
In my free time, I used to learn new technologies, I learn them and do practice on them for the future reference. Moreover, I watch news and I am fond of doing financial analysis of different countries. I always do a comparison of different countries based on different parameters.
