Effective management of Field Service Team to achieve objectives / meet set goals. Maintain and expand technical level of product knowledge and share my know-how with next tear to make them capable of handling low and medium level assignments without engaging me.

As a Task Force team leader, I worked with Swiss company to improve Maintenance, Management Control Systems, increase production and decrease breakdown events in Century Paper and Board Mills (Lakson Group of Companies). For International exposure and vendor management I visited Bangkok, Thailand to attend exhibition of Renewable Energy Resources, Pumps & Valves in June 2016. I have a firm knowledge about the types of maintenance required for different sections and equipment’s of machines (i.e., Reactive, Preventive, Predictive, Proactive and Reliability Centered Maintenance). For this purpose I attend Reliability Centered Maintenance Workshop IRW-2014-UAE - in Abu Dhabi UAE to familiarize with latest tools used for RCM. My experience is going on for the maintenance activities to plan and execute shutdowns (Making Time, Material and Cost Estimations), Supervising the store inventory and Procurement system generating M.R, P.O and G.R.N. Besides this I am working to increase productivity, decrease losses, periodic maintenance and spare parts inventory. Management of structural projects from planning, (drawings, fabrication) to installation is an additional work which I have done last year for Steam and condensate system.
