Excellent Customer Service Specialist
Hi,
I've been a customer service representative for over 6 years now. I handle calls, emails and chat. I used to work in the BPO industry. I was under the retention account for Experian. My job is to keep the clients from cancelling their membership. I offer them monthly discounts or a free credit report. I also do up-selling.
I've worked for an online store as a customer support. I respond to emails/chats from customers, tracing orders, troubleshooting and doing partial/full refunds.
I've been a property manager for an Australian company that deals property management. I communicate to property owners via phone/emails to give updates about their property and their income.
Have been a guest support for a Vacation Rental Company. I answer phone calls and emails from guests who books accommodation via Airbnb, Booking.com and other booking platforms.
Work Terms
I can work anytime of the day. I prefer payments to be made via TransferWise but it still depends with the client.
