High quality analysis, drafting and legal writing
I am an active member of the Florida Bar in private practice. I have 37 years of experience, including 24 as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Middle District of Florida, one of the nation's busiest districts. I focus on civil and criminal cases in federal court. Complex legal drafting (contracts, settlements, jury instructions, civil complaints, discovery material, Freedom of Information Act requests etc.) and the writing of briefs and legal memoranda are among my skills.
