Communication
Clear and timely communication is essential for project success. I am available via Guru’s messaging system and scheduled calls to discuss project progress and updates. Regular check-ins can be arranged to review milestones, gather feedback, and address any questions.

Project Scope & Revisions
Each project has a defined scope based on the agreed-upon requirements. I provide up to two rounds of revisions to ensure we reach the desired results. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are possible for an additional fee, if needed.

Payment Terms
I utilize Guru’s SafePay system for secure transactions. Payments are divided according to project milestones, with releases scheduled upon approval of each milestone to maintain a transparent and fair workflow. Payment terms can be customized based on project scope and client needs.

Confidentiality
I take client confidentiality very seriously and ensure that all work, files, and shared information remain private and secure. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request to protect both parties' interests.

Feedback & Collaboration
Your feedback is highly valued and essential for achieving the best possible outcome. Open collaboration is encouraged throughout the project to ensure alignment with your expectations and goals.

Project Completion & Handover
Upon project completion, all final files, assets, and any required credentials will be transferred to the client. At this stage, final payment is expected, and a formal project closeout will occur to ensure satisfaction with the delivered work.
