Work Terms
Change Management:
• A change request should be completed for each major change to a project’s scope, budget or schedule.
• Change requests should at a minimum would be agreed by all Stakeholders involved in project if the change is significantly impacts the scope, budget or schedule of a project.
• Project managers communicate and coordinate (as needed) with appropriate personnel to gather needed information.
• Project Managers prepare and submit Change Request Impact Analysis section and submit to the Change Management Team.
• First priority will be given to change requests for mission-critical functions and/or services. Other criteria for evaluating change requests will be approved by the Change Review Team.
• No changes to the contract should be acted upon or conveyed as an approved change until we have verified that we are in compliance with the original contract.
Currently we are located in IST time zone which is GMT + 5:30 and are available between 10 AM to 6PM IST.
We expect all the business documents in English.
Support Policy:
Webizz will provide free 1 month technical support to ensure bug free deployment of work on client server. During Free technical support if there is any changes in development, charges are applicable and the Cost will be decided after the discussion of requirement with client.Post Free Technical support we would Provide Resource based maintenance support monthly, quarterly or yearly. This support policy is for web design/web development/ app development.
