Professional IT Consultant with over 25 years in the IT Industry; last 10 years specializing in IT Service Management and service desk environments. I hold Agile, Lean IT, ITIL and ISO 20000 certifications as well as Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) and Service Desk Manager certifications from the Help Desk Institute.
I help small, medium, large organizations and gov't agencies improve processes and gain efficiencies. I'm very hands on and proficient in Office 365 and Office2016, MS Project, Visio and Power BI, Remedy, ServiceNow, Tableau, and more. I enjoy working with data and storytelling. I love to help my customers help their customers! In my spare time, you may catch me planting flowers or reading a good mystery novel!
Work Terms
Hours: I typically work between 6pm and 6am EST but am flexible to work outside of those hours as needed. I get the job done!
