I am working as a Customer Support Representative for 5 years now. I've been to a Telecommunications company which deals with customer's billing enquiry,disputes,credits and payment extensions. I also worked in Health Insurance company dealing with Clinic and Hospital admins providing Eligibility, Benefits and Claims related issues to specific patients. As of the moment, I am working as a Transcriber in a Transcription company.
