Absolutely exceptional at taking my concept and delivering on it. Truly so talented! However, not one deadline was met. I missed out on a huge launch because the work was not delivered on time. But Gaurav was kind and considerate...just not good at all for delivering on promised deadlines. Since I missed all my deadlines, we could do finish the work at a more leisurely pace...but unfortunately, for me lots of opportunities were lost in the process.
