Work Terms
Work Out of Scope :
#Creating Play Store Account (Android) $ 25-30
#Purchasing Domain & Server.
#Purchasing SMS gateway.
#Content / Photos / Videos.
#No Operating System Support / Deployment
#No Network Support.
Support & Other Terms
#Email / Remote access Support would be provided for the Technical things for the 90 Days from the Go Live date.
#Any module/Instance/Report identified as a need of business, but not mentioned during the Gap Analysis, would be chargeable.
#At few phases, approval or action is required from your end for which the time duration has not been considered.
#First training will be free, further any Kind of Training to users would be chargeable.
#In case the Training is to be provided to Far side location ,Travel ,Food , Accommodation Cost to be borne by customer.
#All Data, Including Logo, Description, Listing, Title etc would be given by client in appropriate digital format.
#Any issues related to network will be handled by client only.
NOTE :
15 – 20 Days will be buffer time if any technical or major issue arises. But we are liable to notify you it before at least 10 – 15 days of delivery date
Payment Terms
1) 30%Advance Before Starting Project or within 5 days after starting the project.
2) Next 30% After release of prototype.
3) Next 30% on UAT Release.
4) Remaining balance 10% After project get live on Google play store or on App Store or after 1 month after UAT Release whichever is earlier.
What Client Will Get During These Phases?
1)During Coding Phase:
#Weekly Update (We will send .apk/ .ipa file at every weekend )
2) Testing Phase:
Test cases (Report of Each and Every Module which get tested that week )
Additional Notes:
1) We will give Tech Support & Maintenance (Bug Fixing / Crash Reporting ) for next 3 month without any extra cost from the go live date of the product.
2)Updating app will cost extra (depends on work)
3) Support will be provided over a phone call or on skype.
