Wema Moyo, BA, MHCL (Project Manager) (IHI) Wema holds a Master’s degree in Health care Leadership (MHCL) from Friends University, Wichita , Kansas,. She currently works as the Community Technical Advisor at Pathfinder International in Tanzania . Wema has previously worked as Research Officer for the Companionship study in Kigoma which aims to improve women satisfaction levels during childbirth. Wema has also worked as a deputy lead coordinator for URC University Research Co for the TRA ction project in advancing respectful maternity care in Tanzania. She has experience in coordination of healthcare projects, experienced trainer, managing quality improvement implementations studies. She has a good record of outstanding communications with different levels of stakeholders within the nation including regional, district and national stakeholders and international partners. Wema has done several consultancies for NGO s like Ifakara Health Institute and Engender Health in regards to translation, Transcription and coding of qualitative work
