I’m an undergrad at Tidewater Community College with about 10 years of customer service experience, including time at one of the largest insurance companies in the U.S. I’m all about going the extra mile to make sure customers are not only satisfied but genuinely happy with their experience. Giving 100% is my baseline.
I also provide audio transcription services, with experience in transcribing, editing, and proofreading both verbatim and non-verbatim calls. I’m detail-oriented, hardworking, and genuinely passionate about everything I do.
