I have a vast amount of experience which concentrates on marketing and management as a holistic concept and it branches out into specific spheres. My areas of proficiency are in the field of marketing, management and sales. My core competencies include working in a team, leading sales agents, supporting others with their work, ability to work under pressure, attain team sales targets, identifying areas of improvement and meeting deadlines, couching my sale agents. I’m also flexible with concentrating on urgent business, meaning setting priorities at work.
The marketing faction is an important composite of any organization, it is dynamic and under incessant growth. It is an area within an organization & is an area in which I feel that I can learn more about and thrive within. I believe that I qualify as a suitable candidate for this position as I have the necessary experience which will equip me to make informed decisions which will add value to existing business processes and create new ones. I have experience within a leadership role, as I have worked within a mission directed work team environment and I have been the team leader of the Sales and Marketing department.
Work Terms
Working hours are Flexible (8-6) weekends as well. If deadlines needs to be met I may consider work out side these hours. Cash payments from private individual and cheque payments from LLC companies.
