Whited Web Services is a company geared to help small and medium-scale businesses, authors, freelancers, and others with their needs in Virtual Assistance, Social Media Management, Web Design and Maintenance, Video Editing and Graphics, Course Design, Do-It-Yourself Tutorials, copy writing, and much more!

Work Terms

We prefer to communicate via Zoom or another video conference-type tool, and all work must be signed off in writing. We are fine discussing things over the phone, but having details and discussions documented is an absolute necessity for us and serves as a protection for both of us.

We will do our absolute best to meet or beat the deadlines set forth upon initial agreement, but I cannot be held responsible if work is delayed due to circumstances outside of my control (such as a website being down, an asset being unavailable, or I don't have what I need to proceed).

If such an issue takes place, I will notify you immediately and we can either extend the deadline or decide on an alternate remedy.
