Whitney was wonderful to work with. She was professional, extremely prompt in her communication (most messages were answered within hours of sending them) and very trustworthy. Most importantly, she is an excellent transcriber and almost all of the 35 hour-long interviews that she transcribed for me were perfect. In addition, her formatting was clear and consistent and she communicated well at the beginning of the project to ensure that she was using a format that would work for my purposes.
I highly recommend this freelancer and will definitely use her services again. I have also recommended her to other colleagues in my department (I am an academic working with qualitative interview data).
