I have experience in the following: office admin,Documentation management, Attendance and support of staff at stakeholder events/functions, Facilitating office maintenance, signage, cleaning as well as compliance with OHSA; Screening of enquiries. Financial Administration - Including, but not limited to: Processing of invoices, Reconciliation of invoice payments, Processing of travel claims, Reconciliation of Petty cash, Maintaining asset register.
Travel Administration: Arranging trips, obtaining approvals and following up on travel documents.
